There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Holm: Page 1, line 2 (title amendment): Delete "relating to mergers and consolidations of municipalities;" Page 2, line 1 through page 3, line 9: Delete all material. Representative Holm moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
